Due to the seasonal nature of our business, refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days (up to 30 days) from the date of purchase will be refunded by an in-store Gift Certificate only!

• Your original store receipt is required for all refunds or exchanges.
• Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be permitted.
• Exchanges are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase only.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Items returned not in original condition.
• Used articles of clothing or footwear.
