Sometimes mother nature, or other circumstances, can get in the way of using your equipment rental.
It is your responsibility to research weather, road/pass closures, or other occurrences that may result in the non-use of your equipment rental.
Unfortunately, due to some of the reasons mentioned above, we do not allow equipment rental refunds.
